Do you ship overseas?
Yes we do but the minimum order quantity is 1000 units.
How long does the order process take?
Once the order is made, if you order wax alone (no packaging) it takes approximately 7 days from order to door. If you order custom designed packaging and wax it will take approximately 28 days from order to door. From time to time these estimates will increase due to circumstances out of our control (floods, pandemic, postal strike etc).
Is the wax packaged for me?
Yes, we pack all the wax into the custom designed boxes at no extra cost.
Is the wax biodegradable?
Yes it is.
Are the boxes recycled paper?
Yes they are.
Am I charged for the boxes design?
No. Our designers will design the box for you and you can change the design as many times as you like until you are happy with it.
